No-Sew DIY Cell Phone Charger Holder

DIY No-Sew Cell Phone Charger Holder

Hey there everyone! I am super excited to share this post with you today – it’s a simple way to pick up all those charger cords off the ground. When I was thinking of ways to sew the charger holder I thought – why not do it with a pair of old jeans? The pockets are already there! So today I will be showing you how to make a NO-SEW DIY Cell Phone Charger Holder. (Wow that’s long!)

MORE AFTER THE JUMP

All you will need for this is:
1 pair of jeans (This or This is a good option!!)
Gorilla Glue – I only use Gorilla Glue for my projects – It’s trusty, strong, and it’s never failed me before!!  I only promote products  I love!

STEP 1: Pick out the pair of jeans and find the pocket you want to cut out.

STEP 2: Cut around out the pocket. (I left the top flap on because I thought it looked cool, but you don’t have to.

STEP 3: Trim around the edges, gutting all little denim extras off until you are left with just the pocket.

STEP 4: Cut out about 6-8 inches of your waist band out. (Mine came with this built in braid belt thing so I used that for one, and my waistband for the other.

STEP 5: Get your glue out. Put a small dab in the top corner of the jean pocket where the handle will go.

STEP 6: Put the waistband on top of the dab and hold it for 30 seconds so that it sticks together.

STEP 7: Let it dry for about an hour and then it is good to go!

You are so creative. Thanks for sharing. This is a great idea. You could hang this on the doorknob or a hook. You’d know where the cords are at all times. I like this.

  3. I did this awhile back. I’m making a jean quilt and needed something to hold my phone up near my desk while it was charging. It’s amazing what we can find useful!
