Healthy Chicken Nuggets! Yum!

Hey there! I am going to show you how you can make your very own chicken nuggets! These are super easy to make and take only 30 minutes to cook. Let’s get started!
You will need:
1 cup Cornmeal
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
Salt and Pepper
Pre-Cooked Chicken

*When I made these, we already had frozen pre-cooked chicken. I used this for the nuggets. If you are going to use un-cooked chicken, it will need to cook longer than 30 minutes.*

First, take your chicken

and chop it up into little nugget sized pieces. Then, get your egg and milk and combine these two together. Grind pepper or salt or paprika, anything you want in it for seasonings. Next, get your chicken and with a fork, mix it in the egg

Then, batter it in the cornmeal.

Put in on a pan and Volià! You have your (pre-baked) chicken nuggets!

Stick these in the oven at 375˚F for 30 minutes. Then enjoy your delicious chicken nuggets!!
