DIY Easter Egg Mason Jar

Hey there! With Easter right around the corner, I am getting all my eggs in line (hehehehe). I already got all my candy,  gifts, and my dress! The only thing left is decoration. Since I am too old for a easter egg hunt (sigh) I always make a craft to hold the candy.

In the Easter Eggs for the craft, I filled them with little toffee pieces, but Rolos, Reese’s pieces, or anything about that size will work!

Let’s get started!

[Full Disclosure: This post contains affiliate links which help keep my blog running so I can buy more craft supplies 🙂 Thank you for helping my crafting!]

1. First, Paint the Jar a light blue. I always use DecoArt Paint – for this it was a mix of Desert Turquoise and White Wash!

2. Next, paint half a circle in white after you have done 2 coats of blue and those have dried.

3. Now, add bunny ears. Put 2 black dots as the eyes, a triangle as the nose, and 3 lines on each side for the whiskers.

I made the the right ear floppy, but you don’t have to 🙂

4. Now, wrap eggs in cellophane and tape them to a stick so they have little stands!

5. Now put them into the Mason Jar!

Yay! It looks awesome! Now, set it out for Easter morning and you are good to go! <3
