DIY Seashell Art!

Hey there everyone! I am going to show you how you can make your own Seashell Wall Art!

What you will need:

An 8 foot plank of pine wood.

Gorilla Glue  – Gorilla Glue is the only type of glue I use. It’s trusty, reliable and has never failed me! I only ever promote products that I love – and this is one of them!

A color of stain (I choose the darker color expresso)

Shells (I used about 100, but it depends on how big you want the heart to be)

1 Sand Dollar – optional

Saw tool

First, you need to saw your wood into 4 two feet pieces. Then, stain the wood with your preferred color. (You can also sand the wood too if you wanted to.)

Then, after this has all dried, super glue the four planks together. Be sure to hold them together tight, sturdy and straight – If the planks are not straight it will fall apart.

PLEASE: Be sure to wear gloves!! Take it from personal experience that you don’t want tons of super glue stuck on your hands.

Place the outline of the heart (or other shape) on your plank after the wood has finished drying.

Then super glue down the shells to the planks. Normally go around the edges.

If you have a sand dollar place this down next and super glue it.

Then, add the rest of the shells into the middle and super glue those down as well.

I let the super glue dry for about an hour or two before picking it up at all.

Ta-Da! You now have your super awesome Seashell Art!
